ASC Guild

GUILD MEMBERSHIP OF THE ASC The Society offers Guild membership to those who seek to attain a standard of excellence in calligraphy. Guild members meet regularly in Sydney for discussions and workshop sessions, sharing their knowledge and skills. Collectively Guild Members teach many classes and workshops throughout Sydney, Country NSW, Interstate and Overseas and until recently, many were tutors for the VETAB Accredited 3 year Diploma of Western Calligraphy, (a course initially designed by Margaret Layson). Guild members also act as judges of calligraphy sections at various shows, including the Royal Easter Show, and they contribute regularly to the ASC quarterly magazine Colophon. Guild members exhibit their work widely in galleries in Sydney and Country NSW. The Guild Gallery is coming soon the the ASC Website. Here you will be able to see examples of some of the recent works of Guild Members. All members of the ASC are eligible and encouraged to apply for Guild membership.
